Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. $15 extra per person, with a maximum of three people per room. These prices include a full breakfast in the morning.   Elaine's uncommon, common area to relax Check in is at 4 p.m. Check out is at 12:00 noon A first night deposit is required on all reservations. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival. Failure to cancel 14 days in advance will result in the forfeit of your deposit and payment for the remainder of your stay that can not be rebooked. Special Balloon Fiesta and major holiday requirements. Any reservations made for October 2, 2008 through October 15, 2008 must be paid in full sixty (60) days in advance and are not refundable.
